Members Club Terms and Conditions:

- Clients may book carpet cleaning sessions for their selected carpets only.

- Cleaning bookings must be made in intervals of 4 days.

- Availability of cleaning slots is subject to normal booking availability.

- The membership benefits are exclusive to the registered member and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

- Misuse or unauthorized sharing of membership benefits may result in termination of the membership.

Booking Modifications and Cancellations:

- Clients are responsible for managing their bookings and any modifications or cancellations must be made within the specified timeframes as communicated during the booking process.

- Membership fees, if applicable, will be communicated during the sign-up process and are subject to change. Any changes in fees will be notified to members in advance.

- Either party (the client or the company) may terminate the membership at any time with reasonable notice.

- Upon termination, the client will no longer have access to the membership benefits.

- The company reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the membership program with reasonable notice.
